Archiving an Office

To Archive the Office, go to the Teams module and select Offices from the side navigation bar.

Step 1 - Click on the Archive button at the edge of the offices list as shown in the image below.

There should be no user associated with the office and make sure all the clients application of associated inactive user are also discontinued.

Now your office will be listed in the Inactive list.
