Can I add the same Partners in Two Workflows?

Yes, We can add the same partner in Multiple Workflows.

We can directly add it while importing a CSV file or by following steps.

Step 1 – Select the Edit option from the Actions button at the edge of the partner's list.

Step 2 - Now, as the edit page displays, select the Service Workflow field and choose multiple workflows.
