How to create Email templates?



This setting feature allows the user to save various email and SMS templates so that they may easily send out specifically formatted emails/SMS to prospects, clients, or partners.

Adding Email Templates


Step 1 - This feature can be accessed by visiting the Setting section.


Step 2 - Click on the Templates settings option.


Step 3 - On the top right corner of the screen, you will find an Add button.


Step 4 - Clicking on this button reveals a blank email template; entering Title, Subject, and Body is mandatory. You can also use placeholders to replace information that can vary with each email, for example, client's name, client's date of birth, client's phone number, client's VISA expiry date, etc.

Step 5 - You can also add attachments for your email templates so that you don't have to keep uploading the file from your computer to send frequently sent attachments.

While composing this email, just choose any one of the templates that you have saved from the drop-down menu.

Note: You can also create an SMS template and send messages directly from the system if you have purchased a phone number from Agentcis.
