In simple terms, Workflows are service processes to run your client’s applications for various services you offer in your agency business. So, to create a workflow follow the given steps. Create a customizable lead form to get leads from every possible way, such as social media, website exposers, and seminars. Let’s look at the steps below and create a lead form.

Step 1- Click on the Lead Forms option on the top info bar.

Step 2- Click on the manage button.

Step 3 -To create a new Lead Form, click on the Add Lead form button at the top right corner of the page.

Step 4 - Give your form a name at Save form as * field (it is mandatory)

Step 5 - You can add a cover image in your web form from ADD COVER IMAGE section in Add New Lead Form page.

Step 6 - Attach your company logo and give a form title. You can add header text from the field on the right of FORM HEADER section.

Step 7 - Here are two tabs, one for System Fields and the other one is Custom Fields

To change your credit card details, please follow the given steps.

Step 1- Open Settings.

Step 2- Select the "Subscription and Usage" tab.

Step 3- Click on the " Edit Add-ons Subscription" button.

Step 4- Click on the next button.

Step 5- Delete Previous Card.

Step 6- Click on the Add card button.

Step 7- Add a new card details.

Adding Partner and Product

Partners are organizations that you represent, such as institutions, universities, visa offices, accommodation providers, and insurance companies.

On the other hand, Products are courses, visa sub-classes, rental services or insurance policies that are offered by Partners in different locations.

For example, Bachelor of Accounting is a Product, offered by our Partner named, Australian Demo University in their Sydney and Melbourne Campuses.

To add a Partner & Product, select a Partner from the quick Add button at the top info bar.

Step 1- Select Master category

Step 2- Select partner type.

Step 3 - Now, Add Partner’s Name. For example, Australian Demo University.

Step 4- Here, add Business Registration Number of Partner. This can be used while invoicing them.

Step 5- Then select workflows, where you want their applications to run.

How to create Client Automation?

The Client Automation System is a feature which helps the users to automate various activities in Agentcis Application via email (for now). This feature helps our tenants to work effortlessly and reduce lots of manual tasks that they have been conducting at the moment. For example, inform clients on their application stage changes, keep track of start/ end dates and notify the clients, and others. The users can set the Client Automation as per their requirements.

The client automation is the system which reduces many manual tasks and automates it for the users.

How to create client automation?

Step 1- Click on the setting button

Step 2- Now select the Automation Settings

Step 3- Click on the Add button as shown in the image below.

Step 4- As the Create Automation page opens, give the Automation name.

Step 5- Select the associated office.

Step 6- Select the Module. (Lead form, Application, Contacts, or Workflow.)

How to create a Task?

Task module is recreated for better user experience. Packed with new and improved features which will make your task management much more comfortable and informative.

Without navigating much, you can create a task directly from the Client’s detail page, Partner’s detail page and Application detail page. You can also select a task category to make it more specific and set task priority so that assignee can understand the urgency of the task.

There is more!

You can also add multiple followers for a single task. The follower in the task is that user, to whom the task is made accessible: to view, make changes or process. The follower would be able to track down and process any activity that is performed on the task even if the client/application related to that task is not accessible.

Follow the given steps to add a new task.

Step 1- Click on quick add button.

Step 2- Select the Task option.

Step 3 - As the Create New Task slider appears, Add task Title.

Step 4- Select the task category, whether it is a meeting, call, follow up or other.

Step 5- Set the Priority to decide which task needs to be done first.
