Add new role “Super Admin” in roles list

We are introducing a new Super Admin role in Agentcis. Along with the owner, the Super Admins can also assign the permissions and share similar responsibilities to some extent. And with our enhanced permissions the roles of the users can be made very flexible and can be changed according to the needs.

Step 1: Go to the Side Navigation Bar>> Teams>> Users.


Step 2: To edit the existing user’s role, click on the activity button of the user and click Edit. To add a new user as a Super Admin,
click on Invite User button.




Step 3: Select the Super Admin role from the Roles drop down.


Permissions Enhanced

Now, Agentcis has more permissions than ever before so that the owners and super admins can assign the permissions to various roles according to their requirements. This way the roles of the users can be made very flexible and can be changed according to the needs. The responsibilities are now easier to divide among the users. The newly added permissions are :
Can view, change and cancel the subscription.
Can manage Roles and Permissions.
The permission “ Can manage admin and general settings. ” has been renamed to “ Can manage general settings. ”. Now, the users
who have “ Can manage general settings.” only, will not be able to access the Billing and Subscription page.

Step 1: Go to the Side Navigation Bar>> Teams >> Users.


Step 2: Select the user for which the permissions have to be changed.


Step 3: From their profile, go to the Permissions tab.


Step 4: Check or uncheck the boxes of permissions that you want to give or revoke for this user.
