If you require to transfer the Ownership of the system then please follow the given steps. Before we go to the steps,
Please Note: we have to make sure that the person to whom ownership is going to be transferred is Admin user of the system with access to all the branch offices. Also the current owner can only transfer the ownership to other user.
Step 1 - Go to Settings to view all setting options.
Step 2 - Select Preferences settings.
Step 3 - Click on the "Domain Information" tab.
Step 4 - Click on the "Transfer Ownership" button.
Step 5 - Select the Admin user with access to all branch offices to transfer the ownership and Save it.
