Match & Sync Partners and Products

Matching and Syncing partner and product.

To keep the data of the partner and product up to date, just enable the match and sync feature. This feature will automatically match manually added data with Agentcis master database and upgrade it for you.

To match and sync the partner and product with agentcis database, follow the following steps.
Please make sure you have the permission as mentioned in the below image, to do so.

Step 1: Select partner from the side navigation bar

Step 2: Select the partner from the list which is to be auto synced

Step 3: Open the partner profile by clicking on the partner name.

Step 4: On the auto-sync toggle


Note: In case the auto-sync toggle is on but the partner is not auto-synced, you can off the auto-sync toggle and on it again.

Step 5: Select Start Matching

Step 6: You will then land on the Match & Sync page, select the country and the partner name.
Please Note: The email id of the partners should be same to sync.

Step 7: Select the Branch to Match

Step 8: Select the Product to Match

Step 9: You can also sync the fees of the Products by selecting sync fees.

Step 10:  Select the Revenue Type

tep 11: Select Sync Now.


In case, the partner you are trying to match is missing in the agentcis database, you can request our data team to add the partner into the database from this page. For this please select Request Missing.
