To use the SMS feature in Agentcis, your phone number must have a sufficient credit balance. This credit balance is used to send SMS messages from the system—each message deducts a small amount from the balance depending on the recipient's country and message length. Maintaining an adequate balance ensures uninterrupted communication with your clients.
Filtering the Credit Balance
Filtering the credit balance helps you quickly find specific transactions, save time, and keep your records organized—making it easier to track usage and manage credits efficiently. You can filter the credit balance based on the available columns in the Credit Balance tab. Follow the steps below to apply and manage filters effectively:
Go to Settings from the side navigation bar, then select Phone Settings from the list. Under this section, click on the Credit Balance tab.
Step 2: Add a New Filter
Click on “Add New Filter” and choose the desired filter from the dropdown list.
After selecting the required filter, click on “Apply Filter” to view the filtered results.
To reuse a filter in the future, click on “Save Filter” after applying it. This is useful for filters you use often.
Go to the “Saved Filters” tab and select any previously saved filter to apply it instantly.
