After you create a lead form, you can perform different actions to manage them. You can edit, set as favorite, make it inactive, duplicate the form and preview it.
Step 1: To edit the lead from, select the edit option from the three dots of the form you want to edit.
Step 2: Make the necessary change and then select the save tab.
Step 3: To set the form as a favorite so that the form is accessible from any part of the agentcis from the top info bar “Favourite Enquiry Forms” icon, select the set as favourite option from the three dots.
Step 4: You can duplicate the form if you want the same fields in different forms but the name of the forms different. For this select the duplicate option from the three dots.
Please Note: to change the name of the duplicated form.
Step 5: If you want to preview how the form looks in the students end then select preview from the three dots or click on the URl of the form.
Step 6: The lead form can be deactivated as well. For this select the Make inactive option from the three dot.
If you click on the URL of the inactive form then you are directed to the “404 Error page”.
Step 7: You can reactivate the deactivated lead form as well by select the “ Make Active” option from the three dots.
