1. Locate the "Useful Links" Button: Look for the "Useful Links" button at the top of any page in Agentcis. It's in the navigation bar, so you can find it easily.
2. Click on the Button: Once you've found the "Useful Links" button, give it a click. This action will open up a dropdown menu with all your important links.
3. View Existing Links: In the dropdown menu, you'll see a list of links that are already there.

4. Add a New Link: To add a link of your own, Just look for the "Add New Link" option in the dropdown menu. Click on it, and you'll be able to enter the name and URL of the link you want to add.
5. Edit Bookmarks: To change the name or URL of one of your existing bookmarks. Just find the bookmark you want to edit in the dropdown menu, and you'll see options to edit the name and URL.
6. Save Your Changes: Once you've added a new link or edited an existing one, make sure to save your changes. There should be a "Save" or "Update" button in the dropdown menu. Click on it, and your changes will be saved.
7. Access Bookmarked URLs: Any URLs you've bookmarked will also appear in the dropdown menu. Just click on one to go directly to that page within Agentcis.
