To change or transfer the ownership of the application please note it can be done only by the owner of the application i.e. who has created the application.
First, make sure you have the following permission:
For Users from Primary Office:
For Users from Secondary Offices:
Then, follow the given steps:
Step 1: Go to the Applications section of any client you want to change Ownership for.
Step 2: Select any application that you want to change ownership for. Then Scroll down where you will see Started By and Assignees options on the bottom right side.
Step 3: Add an assignee by selecting the same User that you want to transfer the ownership to.
Step 4: Click on the three dot icon of the assignee and select Make Owner.
Step 5: Click on the Make Owner option.
Note: Despite transferring the application owner, the user who had initially created the application can always change or remove the ownership.
