Restoring an inactive agent is necessary when they resume working with your organization, re-enter into a contract, or are once again available to handle clients. This process allows you to reactivate their profile without losing historical records, ensuring smooth continuity in communication and operations.
Before restoring an agent, make sure you have the required permissions.
Steps to Restore an Inactive Agent:
Step 1: Go to the Inactive list under Agents.
Step 2: Click the three dots (ā®) next to the agent you want to restore.
Step 3: Select Make Active from the menu.
Once the Agents are activated they will be listed in the Active list.
