Agents may need to be inactivated if they are no longer working with your organization, have completed their contractual period, or are temporarily unavailable to take on new clients. Inactivating an agent keeps their historical records intact while preventing them from being used in active workflows.
Before inactivating an agent, ensure you have the required permissions:
Steps to Inactivate an Agent:
Step 1: From the Agents list, click the three dots (ā®) next to the agent you want to inactivate.
Step 2: From the Agents list, click the dropdown next to the agent you want to inactivate.
Step 3: Select Make Inactive from the menu.
Once inactivated, the agent are listed in the Inactive list.
