You can always edit the existing payment card details in Agentcis.
Please Note: We store your credit card details though the secure external service as such your credit card details are not stored on or through the agentcis side and there is no way that these details are recruited by us or your staff.
To change your card details, please make sure you have the permission to do so:
Then,
Step 1: Select setting from the top info bar and then select subscription and billing from the list.
Step 2: Select Upgrade Plan.
Step 3: Select the Review option.
Step 4: After you click on the review tab, review the changes you have made and then click on the Proceed to Checkout button on the pop up that appears.
Step 5: To add the new card details, you can select the edit option beside the Payment.
Step 6: You can then add the card details.
Step 7: Once you complete, click on the Update option.
