Managing and Purchasing Add Ons

You can always purchase Add ons to increase storage and email limitations.

You can also purchase Add ons. When you subscribe to Agentcis, you get a certain amount of Storage, email inbox and email outbox in the plan.
If you run out of these storage and email capacity, you can always purchase Add ons to increase storage and email limitations.

To purchase addition storage and email capacity, make sure you have the permission to do so:

Step 1: Select settings and then select Subscription and Billing from the list.

Step 2: Select the Upgrade Plan tab on the top right corner.

Step 3: Select the Add ons you want to purchase from the drop down menu.

Step 4: Once the changes have been selected, click on the Review button.

Please Note: If you have added the card details for the subscription then you will get the option Review whereas if you have not added the card details for the subscription then you will get the option Request to Upgrade. Once you click the Request to Upgrade, Agentcis team will get you request and make the changes.

Step 5: After you click on the review tab, review the changes you have made and then click on the Procced to Checkout button on the pop up that appears.

Step 6:  You can now update the billing address.

Step 7: And finalize the payment either by Card or Paypal by clicking the edit option beside the payment.

Step 8: Then click on Pay Now tab.

Now your subscription has been updated.
