When you subscribe to Agentcis, your plan includes a set amount of storage, email inbox, and email outbox capacity. As your business grows, you may exceed these limits. Purchasing Add-ons ensures you have enough storage for your data and sufficient email capacity to maintain smooth communication without interruptions.
Before proceeding, ensure you have the required permission to make subscription changes.
Step 1: Go to Settings and select Subscription & Billing.
Step 2: Click on the Upgrade Plan button at the top right corner.
Step 3: Select the Add-ons you want from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Click Review.
Note:
If card details are added, you will see Review.
If not, you will see Request to Upgrade and the Agentcis team will process your request.
Step 5: Review the changes and click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 6: Update your billing address if required.
Step 7: Choose a payment method (Card or PayPal).
Step 8: Click Pay Now to complete the process.
Your subscription will now be updated with the selected Add-ons.
