You can also cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you will not be refunded. But you will not be invoiced for the next billing date either. You still have access to the system until your next payment date and when this date comes, the access to your system get rejected.However your data will be archived for next 365 days incase you want to retrieve your data in future.
To cancel your subscription, please make sure you have the permission to do so.
Step 1: Select Settings from the top info bar and then select Subscription and Billing from the list.
Step 2: Select the option Cancel Subscription on the bottom of the page.
Please Note: You will only get the Cancel Subscription tab, if you have the permission to do so.
