You can add contacts directly from the whatsapp conversation if you receive messages from a number not registered in the system itself. For this please follow the following steps:
Step 1: Select Conversation from the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Open the conversation of the number that you want to add to the contacts.
Step 3: Select Add contact
Step 4: Fill out the contact details.
Step 5: Once you complete select save.
