Steps to Change Email Address
Step 1:Go to Your Profile
Go to My Profile
Step 2: Click on “Change Email“ on the side panel
Step 3: Enter a New Email AddressEnter your new email address.
Step 4: Click “Send Verification Code“
Note: Email Verification ProcessThe system will send a verification code to your new email address.
Open the email and copy the verification code
Please Note:Until the new email is verified, your old email will remain active.
Step 5: Confirmation and Notifications
Paste the verification code and click on “Change Email”
After successful verification, the system will update your email.
. An email will be sent to Owner account after email is changed

Owner can change anyone email and user can change their own email

Q. Can I change my email address without verification?
A. No, the email address cannot be updated until the new email is verified via the verification code sent to your new email address.
Q. Are there any permissions required to change my email address?
A. No, there are no any permission to change their email address. Users can change their own email address and Owner can change email of any Users
Q. Do I need to verify my new email address?
Yes, until the new email address is verified, your old email address will remain active. A verification link will be sent to your new email address to confirm the change.
