The Office Check-in Report in Agentcis provides a detailed record of client visits, generated based on date, branch name, and host (assignee). The report can also be exported for record-keeping or further analysis. This report helps track client engagement, monitor branch performance, evaluate staff activity, and maintain accurate visit records. Exporting the report enables easy sharing, documentation, and data analysis for better service management and decision-making.
Steps to create office check in Report
Step 1: From the side navigation bar or top info bar, select Office Check-in.
Step 2: Click on Analytics.
Step 3: Apply filters such as Date, Branch, and Hosts(Office Check in Assignee) to view the desired records.
Step 4: The generated report can be exported to CSV file for further analysis. For this please select on export icon.
