Tags in Agentcis are customizable keywords or labels that you can create and assign to contacts for better organization and easy filtering.
They help you quickly classify and find clients based on specific criteria—such as Visa Pending, Offer Received, Interested in Canada, or IELTS Completed.
Tags are highly useful for:
Classifying and filtering contacts efficiently.
Automation purposes, such as setting conditions for campaigns.
Targeted communication, where you can select tags as recipients while creating Email or WhatsApp campaigns.

Follow the steps below to create and manage tags within your system:
Go to Settings
From the right side of your dashboard, click on Settings.

Open Tag Management
In the settings menu, select Tag Management.

Click on Add Tag
You’ll see the option to Add Tag at the top right.

Enter Tag Details
Write the Tag Name you wish to create (for example, Australia Intake 2025 or Visa Pending or Hot).
Once done, click on Save.

Once you’ve created tags, you can use them in multiple ways across the system.
Go to the Contacts section.
Open the contact profile you wish to tag.
Click on the “+” icon next to the Tags field.
Choose from the existing tags or create a new one.
Click Save to apply.
This helps you instantly categorize clients based on their stage, interest, or progress.

Go to your Contacts or Leads page.
Click on Add Filter.
Select the Tag option and choose the tag(s) you want to filter by.
The system will instantly display all contacts linked to that tag.
This makes it easy to find clients belonging to a specific group—such as “Visa Approved” or “Interested in Australia.”

Tags can also be used while creating Email or WhatsApp campaigns.
When setting up your campaign audience, simply select the desired Tag as the recipient filter.
This ensures your campaign only reaches the contacts relevant to that message—helping you achieve higher engagement and more meaningful communication.
