The Agent Portal allows you to manage key settings for each agent, including login credentials, contract duration, partner access, and income sharing arrangements.
Accessing Agent Configuration
Open the agent's profile by clicking on their name from the agent list.
Navigate to the Sub Agent Control tab.
Update Portal Login Email: Click on Change Email to update the email address the agent uses for portal login. This ensures the correct individual maintains appropriate access, particularly useful when an agent changes email addresses, access needs to be transferred, or a previous email becomes inactive.
Set Contract Duration: Define the Contract Start Date and Contract End Date to establish the period during which the agent will have access to the Agent Portal.
Setting a contract duration ensures portal access remains active only for the agreed-upon period. The portal automatically deactivates on the contract end date, helping maintain security. Access can be reactivated by extending the contract if needed.
Save Changes: After completing the setup, click Save Changes to apply all updates.
Managing Partner and Product Access: Control which partners and products are visible to the agent within the portal:
Provide Access to All Providers: Enable the toggle "Provide access to all providers in Agent Portal" to grant the agent unrestricted access to all available providers, allowing them to work with all partners without limitations.
Provide Access to Specific Partners: Select a country from the dropdown menu and search for specific partners to grant targeted access. This helps control partner visibility and ensures agents only work with relevant partners based on your business requirements.
Configuring Income Sharing: Apply Same Income Sharing Percentage for All Partners. Enable the toggle "Apply same income sharing % for all partners" to assign a single income sharing percentage across all partners. This ensures consistency and saves time by eliminating the need for individual configuration.
Enter the income sharing percentage you wish to apply.
