Overview
The Overview Dashboard serves as the default operational dashboard in Agentcis. It provides users with quick access to important activities, reminders, and tasks that require attention.
Unlike Custom Dashboards, the Overview Dashboard is pre-configured and cannot be modified. Its purpose is to help users stay informed about daily priorities without requiring any setup.
Accessing the Overview Dashboard
Navigate to Dashboard from the main navigation menu. The Overview Dashboard is displayed by default and is available to both Professional and Premium users.
Available Widgets
My Tasks: Displays tasks assigned to you that require action.
Appointments: Shows upcoming events and appointments scheduled in Agentcis.
Visa Expiry This Week: Highlights contacts whose visas are due to expire within the current week.
Document Pending: Displays contacts or applications that have pending document requirements.
Application Starting Reminder: Shows applications that are approaching their start date.
Application Ending Reminder: Displays applications nearing their end date.
Applications in Same Stage for 30+ Days: Identifies applications that have remained in the same workflow stage for more than 30 days.
Application Intake Date Reminder: Displays upcoming intake dates associated with applications.
Drill-Down Functionality
Each widget is clickable and allows users to view the underlying records contributing to the displayed information.
For example, selecting a task from the My Tasks widget opens the task details, while selecting a visa expiry reminder opens the associated contact record.
Permissions and Visibility
The Overview Dashboard only displays records that users are authorized to access based on their assigned permissions and office visibility.
Limitations
The Overview Dashboard is read-only and cannot be customized.
Users cannot:
Add or remove widgets
Resize widgets
Rearrange widgets
Modify widget settings
