Managing partnerships and application referrals is a key part of the client servicing process. In Agentcis, you can easily connect Sub Agents and Super Agents to applications, helping you track referral sources and manage commission flows smoothly—especially when you're dealing with institutions through third-party relationships.
A Sub Agent is an individual or organization who refers clients and submits applications on your behalf, but does not have a direct agreement with the education provider (Partner). They rely on your agency’s connection with the Partner to process the application.
Sub Agents are commonly used when local agents help you expand your reach by working as intermediaries between your agency and students.
A Super Agent is the main representative or authorized partner of an institution (e.g., a university or college). When you don’t have a direct agreement with a particular Partner, a Super Agent acts as the official channel through which applications are submitted.
They are typically responsible for coordinating with the institution and receiving commissions on behalf of indirect agencies like yours.
To link a Sub Agent with a particular client application:
Navigate to the Client Profile and open the Application tab.
Click on the Application you want to connect with a Sub Agent.
Find the Sub Agent section and click on it.
Search and select the appropriate Sub Agent to link with the application.
This allows you to easily identify which applications were referred by which agents, ensuring proper tracking and commission handling.
To associate a Super Agent with a particular application:
In the same Application Detail Page, locate the Super Agent section and Click + Add to view the list of all active Super Agents in your system.
Choose the relevant Super Agent that manages the application for that specific Partner.
This step ensures that all applications submitted through non-direct channels are properly documented and routed via the authorized representatives.
Ensures clarity in referral and partner channels
Simplifies commission management between agents and super agents
Helps track application source and performance of Sub Agents
Maintains transparency in processing when you don't have direct Partner agreements
