Dates are an essential part of the applications in Agentcis, as it keeps track of the sales that will, in turn, generate revenue for your agency. Once a start and end date are added in an application, Agentcis, through its notification system, can notify the agent assigned about potential deadlines of an application. For example, when a course is about to finish, your client might be looking for further education or visa services. Your current clients are your greatest prospects in the International Education business.
There are important dates in the Application which play a beneficial role for your agency:
Applied Intake - these are referred to as the expected start date of the product and gives an estimate on when the course or service is going to start.
Start date - This is the verified date when the service related to the application will start or has started. You can trigger notifications and also automations based on the date
End Date - This is the verified date in the application when the service is going to be completed.
Expected Win Date - refers to the date when the application will be confirmed, known as a ‘win’.
For Example, in course application, the start and end can be the start and end date of the course which can be either found in Offer Letter or Confirmation of Enrolment.
In an Insurance Application, the start and end date can be the start and end date of the insurance which can be found in the Insurance Certificate.
The end date is an important factor in retaining your client. Agentcis lets you set notifications and automations based on the end date of the client application. This is really useful and certainly a huge asset for marketing purposes.
