Creating Quotations Templates

How to create quotations templates?

Quotation templates are a time-saving method to group commonly selected services for future usage. For example, OSHC insurance service and Student visa service are provided together with most education services. Here you can use templates to save your time to create quotations in future.

To create Quotation Templates, simply
Step 1: Select Quotation from the side menu


Step 2: Click the “Create Template” button.



Step 3: Input Template Name



Step 4: Choose Offices that can access this template.



Step 5: Then choose the Quote Currency as this can help you to provide quotations of abroad universities in local currency.

Step 6: Click on the “Add a new line”  to add a service in the quotation.


Step 7:  This opens a window where you can select the Workflow, Partner, Product & Partner’s Branch. You can add multiple services here.


Please Note: When service is added, it only adds those fees which are selected to be added in the quotation. You can change this by  editing the product fees under the Product profile.

Step 8: Save the template by clicking Save or choose other actions from the drop down menu in the button.


Save will save the template and take you to the Quotation Template list.
Save & Create Template will save the current template and then open a new page to create another template.
Save & Assign will save the current template and also opens a dialogue box to choose customers to create actual quotations from the template.

Please Note: Once Quotation Template is created you can always edit or duplicate or delete from the Quotation Template list.
