How can a client edit information on Client Portal?
The client needs to log in to Client Portal with the credentials provided by the agency, and will be able to view/edit all the details added in the system by his agent/counselor. Following are the steps to edit information:
1) Log in to Client Portal.
2) Click on 'My Profile' and you will be able to edit your personal information, education information and change your password.
3) Make the necessary changes and click on save at the bottom of the page.
Note: The latest changes made by the clients will be displayed in the system after it is verified by the user.
