How can I add multiple Partners into the system at once?
To add multiple Partners at a time follow the given steps.
You can now bulk import Partner and Product from the Setting page.
Step 1: Click on the Settings button.
Step 2: Select Data Import.
Step 3: Click Import Partner & Product button.
Step 4: Download the import template.
Step 5: Select Master Category, Workflow, Partner Type, and Product Type.
Step 6: Fill in the template with the information of your Partners and Products.
Note: The fields marked with * are mandatory.
Step 7: Upload the file back into the system.
Step 8: Click on the Import button.
Step 9: To view the details of your upload, click on the Details button.
Step 10: Here you can see the number of Partners, Branches, and Products that have been Inserted, Updated, and Failed to import.
Step 11: If some of your data have failed to import, the Validation Errors are shown in a list view.
Step 1– Click on the Import button next to Add button on the Partner’s page.
Step 2– Download template option will open. Download the CSV template and list all your partners in the downloaded sheet. Here, the Partners Name, Email address, Country, and Currency Code are the mandatory fields. Without filling in this information your CSV file will show an error while uploading it back to the system.
Step 3- Now, Upload it back to the system.
When you Copy/Paste data in the downloaded CSV template, always Paste using only the Paste only value option.
Step 4 – Right-click on the cell you want to paste the data.
Step 5 – Now, select the “Paste the Value only option as shown in the image below.
Now, Click on the Import button and if your email notification is enabled, you will receive an email reporting the number of successfully imported and failed imports and are listed along with an attachment where the row numbers of failed imports are given so that you can correct it and re-import.
