How to add and edit the Product fee?


Product fee feature helps you in tracking and recording of payment or installment types. It gets more complicated if clients are from different countries. Each application has its own payment type and commission percentage, it gets really difficult to keep track of this vague section. So, to make this task easier payment schedule feature allows you to add country wise individual product fee.


This feature is primarily accessible to the users who have permission to add product. If you are unable to add product fee, please ask the owner for permission.


To add the product fee, follow the given steps.


Step 1 - Click on the product module from the side navigation bar.




Step 2 - Select the product in which you want to add the product fee.




Step 3 - Select the Fee tab in product detail page.




Step 4 - Click on the "Add button".




To add the fee details, follow the given steps.


Step 1 - Give the fee option name. For example, "in-shore fees"




Step 2 - Select the country of residence to clarify the residential country of clients.




Step 3 - Select the "Installment type" to clarify the intervals of total installments.




Step 4 -Select the "Fee type" from the given drop-down list.




Step 5 - Add the installment amount.




Step 6 - Select the Number of installments.




Step 7 - Add the "Claimable terms", which clarifies, how many times can we claim for the commission from the partner.




Step 8 - Add commission percentage.




Step 9 - If you want to add the fee in quotation click on the "Add in quotation" checkbox.




Step 10 - Click on the "Add Fee" button to add fee details for other fee categories.




Step 11 - Save the fee details.




To edit the existing product fee, follow the given steps.


Step 1 - Click on the product module from the side navigation bar.




Step 2 - Select the product in which you want to add the product fee.




Step 3 - Select the Fee tab in product detail page.




Step 4 - Click on the edit button at the corner.




Step 5 - Now make the necessary changes.




Step 6 - Update the changes.




To delete the product fee, follow the given steps.


Step 1 - Click on the product module from the side navigation bar.




Step 2 - Select the product in which you want to add the product fee.




Step 3 - Select the Fee tab in product detail page.




Step 4 - Click on the delete button at the edge of the product fee section.




Step 5 - Reassure, if you really want to delete the product fee and done.
