How to create Task from Partner and Client's detail page?



Step 1- Open Partner, Prospect, or Client’s detail page from the respective list view.


Step 2- Select the Task tab


Step 3- Click on the Add button on the right corner of the page.


Step 4- As the Create New Task slider appears, add task Title.


Step 5- Select the task Category, whether it is a meeting, call, follow up or other.


Step 6- Set the Priority to decide which task needs to be done first.


Step 7- Select a team member to assign the task.


Step 8- Set the task due-date to get reminders both in email and in-system.


(To create a more informative task)


Step 9 - Click on the More Options drop-down arrow.


Step 10- Add the task description if you need to let the assignee know more about the task.


Related to Internal:-

Step 11- Select one of the given options to identify whom the task is related to. (Internal)


Step 12- Select the Follower if needed because the follower is a team member who will get access to the task along with the assignee.


Step 13 - Add any document supporting the task from the Attachment section as shown in the image below.


Step 14 - Now, click on the Create.


Related to Client:-


Step 11- Select one of the given options to identify whom the task is related to. (Client)


Step 12- Select the related client from the drop-down list.


Step 13- Select the Follower if needed because the follower is a team member who will get access to the task along with the assignee.


Step 14- Add any document supporting the task from the Attachment section as shown in the image below.


 Step 15 - Now, click on the Create.


Related to Partner:-


Step 11- Select one of the given options to identify whom the task is related to. (Partner)


Step 12- Select the related Partner from the dropdown list.


Step 13- Select the Follower if needed because the follower is a team member who will get access to the task along with the assignee


Step 14- Add any document supporting the task from the Attachment section as shown in the image below. 


Step 15- Now, click on the Create button.


Related to Application:-


Step 11- Select one of the given options to identify whom the task is related to. (Application)


Step 12- Select the related client from the drop-down list.


Step 13 - Select the client’s application.


Step 14 - Select the client’s application stage.


Step 15- Select the Follower if needed because the follower is a team member who will get access to the task along with the assignee.


Step 16- Add any document supporting the task from the Attachment section as shown in the image below.


Step 17- Now, click on the Create button.
