How to manage promotions?
Promotions
A user will be able to add the available promotions related to any partners and products. They will also be able to view it on the partner’s promotion tab, product’s promotion tab, and the service page. This will help the counselors stay informed on any ongoing promotions that a partner might have and see all the available promotions related to any partners and products on the service page while counseling the customers.
To add promotions:
Step 1 - Go to the Partner’s detail page and click on the Promotions tab.
Step 2 - Click on the +ADD button.
Step 3 - Enter the Promotion Title and Description.
Step 4 - You can also upload documents related to this promotion.
Step 5 - Select the Start Date and the Expiry Date of this promotion. (These fields are mandatory)
Step 6 - Select if this promotion applies to all the products or only a few selected ones of a particular branch.
Step 7 - Click on Save.
To view and edit promotions from Partner’s detail page
Step 1 - Go to the Partner’s detail page and click on the Promotions tab. Here you can see all the promotions related to this partner in card view. To find out the associated branches and products of a promotion, hover on the numbers.
Step 2 - Click on the View button to see the Promotion Drawer.
Step 3 - To edit the Promotion, click on the action button and select Edit.
(Please make sure that you have the permission to edit a partner)
You can change the status of a Promotion from Active to Inactive as well.
To view promotions from the Product’s detail page
Step 1 - Go to the Product’s detail page and click on the Promotions tab. Here you can see all the promotions related to this product in card view.
Step 2 - Click on the View button to see the Promotion Drawer.
To view and edit promotions from the Service page and the Compare page
Step 1 - Go to the Service page from the Side Navigation Bar.
Step 2 - Search for the products by typing in the keywords and using the filters.
Step 3 - For each result, you will be able to see the number of promotions. You can click on this number to open the Promotion Drawer.
You can also see the promotions on the compare page.
The promotions are also visible on the comparison PDF.
