How to revert Client to Prospect?

To turn your client back to prospect, follow the given steps.

Step 1- Go to the client's profile.

Step 2- Select the Application tab.

Step 3- Open the application and discontinue the application if they are in progress.

Step 4- Come back to Application tab.

Step 5- Click on the action button and select delete option. Remove all the Applications from the client in same way.

Step 6- Now, your Client has turned in Prospect and will be listed in Prospect's list view.
