How to send an SMS in Agentcis?

To send an SMS in Agentcis:

Step 1: Click on the Message icon at the top info bar.

Step 2: Select Send New SMS.

Step 3: Select a phone number that is shared with you to send an SMS from the dropdown list.

If you do not see a phone number, you can either purchase one or ask an admin to share a number with you.

Step 4: Select the recipient of the SMS.

Step 5: Choose an SMS Template or type in the message.

Step 6: Click on Send.
