Purchase Phone Number

To communicate with your clients efficiently, you can now send and receive SMS from Agentcis. First, you will have to purchase a phone number.

To purchase a phone number:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Select Phone Settings.

Step 3: Click on Add New Phone Numbers.

Step 4: Select the country from the dropdown list. Here, the available phone numbers of the selected country will be displayed. (If the country for which you are purchasing the phone number requires Regulatory Compliance, please click here to see how to add them.)

Step 5: You can purchase up to 3 phone numbers at a time.

Step 6: Click on the Next button.

Step 7: Enable User Sharing. Multiple users can use the same phone number to send and receive SMS. Select the users from the dropdown list. You will have to add yourself as a user here should you want to send and receive SMS from this number.

Step 8: Click on Proceed to Checkout button.

Step 9: Add your billing details and card details to pay for the purchase.

Step 10: Click on the Pay Now button.

Note: The user should have the permission to buy a phone number.

Note: The subscription of the phone numbers is monthly.
