Quotations

Quotations are the financial details of the services that you will be providing to your leads or prospects, based on their choices of partners and products. These documents help your prospect/client decide what products or services best suits their financial capacity.

To access ‘Quotations’, click ‘Quotations’ on the Main Menu on the left side of your screen.

You can view the list of Quotation Templates, Active Quotations and Archived Quotation.

Display Button: Allows you to customize fields that you want to be displayed on your screen.

Create Template: Allows you to create new quotation templates. (Limited Access)

Create Quotation: Allows you to use existing templates to send out quotation to clients.

Quotation Templates: Allows you to view all existing quotation templates.

Active Quotations: Allows you to view and process quotations forwarded to clients.

Archive Quotations: Allows you to view archived quotations
