Setting Email Inbox
Email inbox needs to be set to connect your email with the agentcis inbox. All emails related to your clients and partners will be redirected to agentcis inbox once this setup is done.
To set up your email inbox in Agentcis, follow the given steps.
Step 1 - Click on the Setting button at the top info bar.
Step 2 - Select the Email settings option.
Step 3 - Left click on the Agentcis email and it will be copied automatically.
Step 4 - Go to the Setting of your email service provider.
Step 5 - Select the Forwarding and Pop/IMAP option.
Step 6 - Click on Add forwarding address button.
Step 8 - Now click on Save Changes.
To set email inbox in Outlook follow the given steps.
Step 1 - Click on the Settings button.
Step 2 - Select the View all settings option.
Step 3 - Click on the Forwarding option.
Step 4 - Enable forwarding option.
Step 5 - Paste the email address you copied from Agentcis
Step 6 - Go to Agentcis and enter the address you want to forward emails from and Save.
Step 7 - Save the settings in the outbox.
