Setting Email Inbox

Email inbox needs to be set to connect your email with the agentcis inbox. All emails related to your clients and partners will be redirected to the Agentcis inbox once this setup is done.

To set up your email inbox in Agentcis, follow the given steps.

Step 1 - Click on the Setting button at the top info bar.

Step 2 - Select the Email settings option.

Step 3 - Left click on the Agentcis email and it will be copied automatically.

Step 4 - Go to the Setting of your email service provider.

Step 5 - Select the Forwarding and Pop/IMAP option.

Step 6 - Click on Add forwarding address button.

Step 8 - Now click on Save Changes.

To set email inbox in Outlook follow the given steps.

Step 1 - Click on the Settings button.

Step 2 - Select the View all settings option.

Step 3 - Click on the Forwarding option.

Step 4 - Click on Enable forwarding option.

Step 5 - Paste the email address you copied from Agentcis

Step 6 - Save the settings in the outbox.

Note: In case of having issue with outlook email forwarding, a Reputation check is required to set an email's account credibility in the system. Every account has reputation score, and it looks like it might had came down a little on your account. You will be able to verify your account without any issues and your account will let you send emails without any hassle, but a spammer wouldn't verify leading to their account disability.

Like a credit score, a Sender Score is a measure of your reputation. Scores are calculated from 0 to 100. The higher your score, the better your reputation and the higher your account credibility rate.

In order to increase the reputation, score I would suggest you to please check the reputation score multiple times.
