Time Zone Set Up

Set the required time zone in the Agentcis system so that you can view, track, and operate all the activities in the time zone that you follow.

From the Dashboard

Step 1: Go to the Set your TimeZone section on the Dashboard.

Step 2: From the dropdown list, select the time zone you follow.

Step 3: Click on Save.

From User Profile

Step 1: Go to your profile section from the top info bar.

Step 2: Click on the Date & Time tab.

Step 3: From the dropdown list, select your timezone.

Step 4: Click on Save & Apply.
