Feature Enhancements
Archive Contacts From their profile.
You can now directly archive contacts from their respective profiles. To do so, follow the given steps.
Step 1 - You first need to go to a profile page of a contact whom you require to archive.
Step 2 - Then click on the archive button next to the edit icon.
You can always archive the enquires and prospects but make sure to discontinue or complete the application before archiving the client.
Global search
You can now see the Active / Inactive status of contact directly on the global search bar.
Agents inactive and active
To make our system more user friendly, we have relocated the Make Active/ Make Inactive option on the Agent's profile page.
