Contact Follower

Now you can add Followers to your contacts. This feature allows you to add multiple followers to your contact so that you can grant them access to your contacts and their applications.


This will be helpful when multiple team members require to work on the same client for different purposes. The followers will be able to view the assigned clients.


To add a follower:


  • You can add a follower to a new client or prospect.


  • You can edit an existing client or prospect to add a follower.


  • You can also add multiple followers for a single client.


The follower column will also be visible on the client or prospect list page. You can also filter the clients or prospects according to their followers.


Phone Number Validation for Contacts

Phone number validation allows you to select the Country Code of the phone number which then verifies whether the entered number is a legit and valid number or not.


This change can be observed whenever you are adding, importing, or editing Contacts.


While importing contacts you will require to select a Country Code if you are adding a phone number for the contact.


In case an invalid phone number is added, the system will show you an error message.


Inbox Integration Filter

You can now have all the control to check emails in Agentcis, associated with Agentcis only, or check all your emails. You can enable this feature from the Email Settings. It will help you to check all of your emails from the same place whenever required.


To set incoming emails filter for personal email:


Step 1 - Go to your avatar at the Top Info Bar.


Step 2 - Click on My Email Settings.


Step 3 - Set up your mailbox if it has not already been done.


Step 4 - Select your required option from the Incoming Emails options.


Step 5 - Click on Enable This Feature and Save.


To set incoming emails filter for company email:


Step 1 - Go to Settings from the Top Info Bar.


Step 2 - Click on Emails.


Step 3 - Set up your mailbox if it has not already been done. Or you can edit existing company email settings.


Step 4 - Select your required option from the Incoming Emails options.


Step 5 - Click on Enable This Feature and Save.



Email Account Filter in Inbox and Sent

Filter your Inbox and Sent emails using the new filter to find emails associated with different email addresses.



For the Sent folder, the Show email by filters the emails from a particular address.

For the Inbox folder, the Show email by filters the emails sent to a particular address.


The used filter can be saved for future use as well.
