Additional filters in service for Representing Regions

Since agencies are only allowed to represent institutions in certain regions, counselors should be aware of this while counseling students from a certain region and offering courses. For this, we have introduced a filter in the Services module through which a user will be able to filter partners and products as per the selected representing regions and find out the regions for which the product is available.

Users can view representing regions in services partner and product card which will allow the users to be aware of the regions for which the product is available.
