Client Information can be Edited by Clients via Client Portal
Now, with the help of client portal, the clients can edit/update their missing information themselves. They can edit the phone number, add their address and country, email address, secondary email address and education information. The agent will be notified about the changes made by the client and needs to be approved. After the changes are approved, it will be displayed in the system.
