Adding Whatsapp Integration Step-by-Step Guide

Overall, this has enabled users to connect with clients, colleagues, and contacts effortlessly, all while enjoying the benefits of seamless messaging, document sharing, and real-time updates.
Setting Up Whatsapp in Agentcis
Step 1: Go to Settings and click on API & Integration.
Step 2: Click on the WhatsApp Tab and click on the “+ Add Integration” button.
Note: A drawer will open up to set up the WhatsApp Integration.
Step 3: Select the preferred branches in Agentcis from the dropdown.
Note: All the branches of your company will be shown in the list
Step 4: Enter the Phone Number and Phone Number ID to connect to WhatsApp
If you have any issues getting the Phone Number ID, click on " How can I get the Phone Number ID?"
Step 5: Paste WhatsApp API Key
Note: Please click on the “Test API Key Connection” to test the API key
Step 6: Select the Users, who should be able to use WhatsApp
The user selected can be from the same branch or a different branch depending on the office that is shared with the user.
Note: The user must choose at least one user to proceed ahead.
Step 7: Click on “Save Integration”
Delete the Connection
After the connection is successful, you can view the connection details in the API & Integration Tab.
Step 1: Click on the 3 dot button to delete or disable the connection if you want to.
Step 1: Click on the “ Manage Users“ option to add or delete the user's access to use WhatsApp.
