To communicate with your clients more efficiently and directly, Agentcis now allows you to send SMS through the system. To enable this feature, you’ll first need to purchase a phone number. This phone number will serve as your dedicated line for SMS communication with clients, helping you maintain professional, trackable, and centralized communication.
How to Purchase a Phone Number:
Step 1: Go to Settings from the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Select Phone Settings from the list.
Step 3: Click on Add New Phone Numbers.
Step 4: Select the desired country from the dropdown list and click the Search Number tab. Available phone numbers for that country will be displayed.
Note: If the country you're selecting requires regulatory compliance, click here to learn how to add the necessary information.
Step 5: You can purchase up to three phone numbers at a time. Click the Select Number tab next to the number you wish to purchase.
Step 6: Click Next.
Step 7: Enable User Sharing to allow multiple users to send and receive SMS using the same number. Select the users from the dropdown list — make sure to include yourself if you’ll be using the number.
Step 8: Click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 9: Enter your billing and card details. This information is required to process the initial payment and to ensure smooth monthly renewals of the purchased phone number. Additionally, any SMS credit purchases made for the number will be deducted from this payment method automatically.
Step 10: Click Pay Now to complete the purchase.
