Enquiries are potential students who have expressed interest in your services by submitting Lead Forms through various channels, such as your website, Facebook campaigns, or QR code scans. These individuals may require assistance immediately or consider engaging with your services in the future.
Archiving leads helps maintain an organized and efficient lead management system. Some key reasons to archive a lead include:
Unresponsive Leads – The lead has not engaged despite multiple follow-ups.
Disqualified Leads – The lead does not meet the eligibility criteria for your services.
Duplicate Entries – The same lead exists multiple times in the system.
Completed Conversion – The lead has successfully enrolled or no longer needs further engagement.
Invalid Information – The lead provided incorrect or misleading details.
Opted Out – The lead has requested to be removed from communications.
Service No Longer Required – The lead is no longer interested or has chosen an alternative option.
If you want the leads to be removed from the list of lead then they can be archived. You should have the correct permission for this:

Please Note: Clients can not be archived in bulk.
Follow the following steps to archive the enquiries.
Step 1: Select Contacts from the side navigation bar.

Step 2: Select Enquiries tab

Step 3: Select the Enquiry from the list which you want to archive simply by clicking the check box.

Note: The initial list will only show 10 rows of data by default. You can change this by selecting Rows per page according to your requirements. The max rows per page is 50.

If you want to select all the leads then click on the “Select all contacts in enquiries” option

Step 3: Select the Bulk Archive tab on the top left corner.

Step 4: Select the Accept tab.

Step 5: The archived enquiries will now be listed in the Archive list.

Step 6: You can permanently delete the enquiries from the archived list as well. For deleting please select the delete option from the three dots icon.
