Roles & Permissions: Who Gets Access to What?

In Agentcis, there are various designations. There are Super Admin, Admin, Manager, Accountant, Counsellor and Operator. These are the standard roles provided by the system and each role has a set of permissions given to them so as to control the access within your offices and employees. Here, we have listed down the permissions that each role has.

  • Super Admin: Super Admin of Tenant | No. of Permissions: 143

  • Admin: Admin of the Tenant | No. of Permissions: 88

  • Manager: Agent of the Tenant | No. of Permissions: 74

  • Accountant: Financial Controller | No. of Permissions: 48

  • Counsellor: Client service consultant | No. of Permissions: 36

  • Operator: Operator of the Tenant | No. of Permissions: 71

Note: Customs roles can be created with respective permissions in the Premium Plan.

Note: You can edit the permission for the default roles/custom roles at any time.

Make sure you have the following permission to do so:

To add or edit the permissions, follow the following steps:

Step 1: Select Teams from the side navigation bar.

Step 2: Select Roles.

You will see a list of Roles and their Permissions.

Step 3: Click on the three dot icon on the right and select 'Edit' to view and edit permissions for a particular role.

Note: Our system has set permissions for various roles, which may vary based on your office's roles and responsibilities. You can edit the permission for the default roles/custom roles at any time.

Step 4: Check mark on the checkbox according to the roles and their permissions that you want to set.
