Enquiries are potential students who have expressed interest in your services by submitting Lead Forms through various channels, such as your website, Facebook campaigns, or QR code scans. These individuals may require assistance immediately or consider engaging with your services in the future. Archiving leads helps maintain an organized and efficient lead management system. Some key reasons to archive a lead include:
Unresponsive Enquiries – The person has not responded despite multiple follow-up attempts.
Disqualified Enquiries – The enquiry does not meet the criteria for your services.
Duplicate Entries – The same enquiry has been recorded multiple times.
Converted Enquiries – The person has successfully enrolled or no longer requires further communication.
Invalid Information – The enquiry contains false or incorrect details.
Opted Out – The person has requested to stop receiving communication.
Service No Longer Required – The person is no longer interested or has chosen another provider.
If you want to remove these enquiries from your list, you can delete them in bulk. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to perform this action.

Note: Enquiries must be archived first before deletion. To learn how to archive enquiries, follow the link: https://support.agentcis.com/en/articles/332-bulk-archive-enquiries
