Prospects are the students who have shared their information but have no assigned application. They are assigned to one of the users for further engagement and follow-up. You can manage their details, documents, and interested services.
Reasons for Bulk Deleting Prospects:
No Longer Interested – The prospect has clearly indicated they are not pursuing your services.
Chose Another Provider – The individual has enrolled with a competitor or alternative service.
Unresponsive After Multiple Attempts – Follow-ups have been made without any response or engagement.
Not Eligible – The prospect does not meet the qualifications or criteria for your services.
Duplicate Entry – Multiple records of the same individual exist in the system.
No Longer Requires Services – Their circumstances have changed, making your services unnecessary.
Opted Out of Communication – The prospect has requested to be removed from your outreach.
Lack of Budget – Financial limitations prevent the individual from moving forward.
If you want to remove these prospects from your list, you can delete them in bulk. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to perform this action.
