The comparison of the services can be emailed to clients directly from the comparison page. This will help you and your team communicate to your contact about their options and give them a clear picture of the services.
Step 1: To send a comparison to your clients, at the bottom right page, click on the Email Comparison to Client button.
(An email compose drawer will appear from the right.)
Step 2: Fill in the details of the email like the receiver’s email address, email templates, and subjects.
Note, that if the email is to be sent to more than one client, click on the Send Individual button. The placeholder will only work when sending an individual option is enabled.
Step 3: Then click on the Send button. The PDF of the comparison will be sent along with the email.
