From Agentcis you can also send bulk SMS to the contacts to save time. For this:
Step 1: Go to the client list page by selecting the clients from the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Select the clients to whom the SMS is to be sent simply by clicking the check box.
Please Note: You can select and send SMS up to 50 contacts at a time.
Step 3: Select the Send Bulk SMS option from the top left corner.
Step 4: In the slider that appears on the right, add the number purchased to send the SMS.
Step 5: Type in the SMS or simply select the SMS Template.
Step 6: Once you complete adding the detail, select the send tab.
