To discontinue an application,
Step 1: Click the Discontinue button on the top bar of an application.
Step 2: Provide details about why the client is discontinuing
Please Note: The reason that appears under the drop-down of the Discontinue Reason can be set from the General setting. For this please follow the following link: https://support.agentcis.com/general-settings/.
Step 3: Click Confirm, then the application’s status changes to Discontinued.
