In the Agentcis system, an agent refers to an individual or business entity that works with your organization to recruit, refer, or manage clients, typically for services such as study abroad, immigration, or other consultancy purposes.
There are two distinct types of agents within the platform:
Sub Agents
Sub agents are individuals or entities who refer clients and send applications to partners with whom they do not have a direct association. They act as intermediaries, forwarding opportunities to appropriate partners.
Super Agents
Super Agents are agents to whom you send applications when you do not hold a direct representation agreement with a particular partner. A super agent may be any education or migration agent in the market who maintains direct partnerships with institutions or universities that your organization is not currently connected with. When students approach you for such institutions, you can refer them to these super agents, effectively positioning your organization as a subagent in that relationship.
